Through Naturide.app we may collect:
- Email address - if you subscribe to the launch notification.
- Technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system) - for statistics and security.
3. Purpose of processing
We process data only to:
- Send a notification when the Naturide app launches.
- Reply to questions sent by email.
- Analyze site traffic (anonymized data).
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for the notification subscription, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for technical data needed to operate the site.
5. Retention
We keep your email until the app launches or until you withdraw consent (removals are processed within 7 business days). Technical data is kept only as long as needed for security purposes.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify your data,
- erase your data (right to be forgotten),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

9. Data processor
The launch notification form is processed by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA) under a data processing agreement. Netlify stores form submissions on its servers. The current list of Netlify subprocessors is available at netlify.com.
